Xiaomi Redmi 4A, launched in march 2017 is priced at Rs 5,999. Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes with a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixel The screen does good work under sunlight and it also has a reading mode to adjust color temperature. The device is just 8.5mm thick and weighs only 132grams. It has a non-metal body and no fingerprint sensor which is obvious considering its price tag. Some of its other sensors are the gyroscope, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor.
The phone is powered by a 1.4 GHz Quad core Snapdragon 425 processor and it comes with 2 GB of RAM & 16 Gb(expandable up to 128 GB) of internal storage. The device support connectivity options like GPS, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, microUSB port, 4G, dual-SIM, and Bluetooth. The device shows no lag while multitasking or high-end gaming.
On the software front, the Redmi 4A runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top of it. It has many new software improvements and features. These include dual space, child mode, mi mover app, quick ball button, themes app and much more.Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes with many bloatware but thankfully they can be uninstalled.
Moving on to the camera, the device comes loaded with an 13MP rear camera with low-light enhancement, HDR, panorama, burst mode, and face recognition. It has an aperture of f/2.2. The front camera is 5MP with an aperture of f/2.2. The rear camera is good for daylight use but faces some noise under artificial or low light. The front camera is good for selfies but again it gets degraded under low light conditions. Xiaomi Redmi 4A is powered by a non-removable 3120mAh battery, which is more than enough under this price tag.
Now, frankly, our prediction says that Xiaomi Redmi 4A will break all records of popularity and will be the best choice for this price range.
