vivo v5 plus

The Vivo V5 Plus is the newest flagship from Chinese brand Vivo. It has been available since January 28, Sunday, for Rs. 27,980

While using it we got a feeling of it being a copy of the iPhone. Despite being a copy V5 Plus really looks gorgeous. Its 2.5D glass, soft curvature, matte back, and an overall solid feel result in a premium experience. V5 won’t beat originality of iPhone but still, it has managed to get that feel in a budget phone. Moreover, the UI named Funtouch OS 3.0  also looks very similar to IOS.

The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The display – a 5.5-inch, 1920×1080 screen – is sharp with a pixel density of 401 pixels-per-inch. It comes with the latest gorilla glass and feels compact and tight in hands. The vivo v5 plus has a 20MP+8Mp camera at the front, which enables the phone to achieve depth of field in the photos and shoot better images in low light conditions.

The vivo v5 plus is powered by a Qualcomm snapdragon 625 s0c, which is paired with 4gb of ram. Sometimes there is a delay while switching between multiple apps or loading high-quality apps. The battery life of 3160 mAh is good enough to last for a long working day.

vivo v5 plus is for selfie lovers and may be the best choice for selfie lovers in this much budget. All other features are not up to the mark and competitive enough as compared to other phones.

  1. The phone runs Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, similar to a lot of custom UIs from Chinese OEMs with no app drawer and multiple home screens.
